I do love a good salad but I don’t eat them often enough. I made this crunchy garlicky shrimp salad and loved it so much that I did it two days in a row.
What you will need:
3 heads of Romaine lettuce, shrimp (whatever portion you want to use. I used a dozen for my husband and I), cheese ( I used Mexican four cheese blend and Parmesan).
To season the shrimp I used 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, a pinch of salt and black pepper. Then I added some butter to the skillet and cooked shrimp on both sides for 2 minutes each.
Chop Romaine lettuce and fill bowl, then add cooked shrimp and spread the different cheeses on top. I love cheese so I probably went overboard with how much cheese I used.
