Potatoes ( You can use Irish or Sweet Potatoes)

Seasoning for Salmon: My homemade Jerk sauce/marinade, a pinch black pepper, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp Maggie all purpose seasoning.

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and dice potatoes. Line a baking sheet with foil and drizzle a little oil on it. Place potatoes on baking sheet and season with salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning. Bake potatoes for 20 minutes.

After the potatoes have been cooking for 20 minutes, remove from oven and place the Salmon on top of or beside the potatoes. Melt 2 tbs of butter and pour over Salmon and potatoes. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake Salmon for 12-15 minutes.
